Prospect Heights Garage Sells for $2.2 Million

A small warehouse once used as a car repair shop in Prospect Heights has sold for $2,200,000, said Massey Knakal, which brokered the deal. An unnamed developer bought the property at 330-334 St. Marks Avenue, between Washington and Underhill avenues, and intends to develop it into residential apartments.
