My predictions:

-Clinton Ave is overpriced and so won’t sell for that much.

-Bergen Street may be too high for the location (we’re getting a little too far from the Prospect Heights border and the amenities in that area to justify that price, and for that building, in my view).

Can’t speak to Lincoln Place and E. 18th Street, except to say that I’d be shocked if E. 18th Street sold for that much.

Truth be told, there seems to be a lot of interest in condos, etc. I think many of the homes on in the area are going to continue being torn down and replaced with luxury condo units.
690 East 18th Street seems rather overpriced until you factor in the second lot of land that comes with it.
