sold for $2.3 back then. I suppose has appreciated as much as lot of other props over the years.
PPW is absolutely perfect. I’ve always loved that pair of houses. Very interesting to see inside.
Do you know the square footage of the PPW house? Looks kind of small. The house is in a magnificent area and can, indeed, justify that asking price, but I find it hard to stomach that price for what seems like a rather small house, even if it is right across from Prospect Park.
Wacky layouts at Greenwood house. Seems pricey for a house that needs a lot of work, but I’m sure someone will pay it.
