Does anyone know the price on the 200 Fenimore House that was listed in the NYTimes Sunday….
Fenimore house is very large with most of the original details and layout. Maybe a bit high. It is not WAY out of the historic district. It is on a landmarked block and across the street from the Lefferts Manor border. House was cheaper a year and a half ago because it had tenants and a leaky roof. Now it is vacant and repaired.

There is a property selling for $795k in the 600’s Jefferson. Been in NYTIMES forever. This one is on a better block. Does anyone know what it is worth? It will be delivered vacant.
