Hell, I know finance types who got priced out of Brooklyn and ended up in Jersey. But apparently there’s an effectively limitless supply of really rich people who want to live in Brooklyn.
The Sterling Street house is NOT in Lefferts Manor, as the listing claims, but it is on a nice block in the part of the PLG Historic District that’s north of the Manor. It appears to have been in the same family since the mid-’60s, so it probably needs some updating, but the price reflects that. The house obviously has not been staged which IMO is a good thing for buyers looking for a good price.
Brooklyn and NJ switching places as interesting people getting priced out of Brooklyn by boring finance-y types that would have moved to NJ not too long ago.
I agree Dude – that house is gorgeous – wow that spiral stair is fantastic – but it’s in NJ…. – haaaa

17 Garden Pl. (very similar) sold for $3.445M last summer, so this one should sell pretty close to that. We’ll see if there was a celebrity bump for 17.
The Brooklyn Heights house is nice. Not sure about the price but that also looks like the kitchen needs to be updated. No pics of the bathrooms so they may need work too.
The Windsor Terrace house is overpriced. You will want to do the kitchen over and am sure you have to update the 3 bathrooms they don’t show. It’s got great space for a 1 family – that’s for sure – but the asking price needs to come down imo
