The tiny 16th Street house is cute. FWIW it’s the first time I’ve seen a house like this listed for LESS than houses 5X the size in my neighborhood. I guess that’s an improvement.

on the 18th street house- I know the block well 😉
One side of the street is almost all neo-grec brick and brownstone houses. The other is mixe of neo grecs, some redone frames, and some classic greenwood dumpers, but overall in terms of location and feel it’s much more like it’s neighbor blocks in the low teens than in the high 20s. Also, since the gmap street view pics were taken, a number of houses have been redone. We’ve also got pits for at lease 20 trees arriving this spring.
I saw that photographer taking the shots- he did it with a tripod in the street with a wide angle, so that’s the perspective thing.
The block is nice mix of friendly old timers and many younger familes.
