DIBS, the BS section near Clinton Hill, despite the inferior housing stock, crappier looking blocks, less safe (real or perceived),… has been selling stronger (price-wise) than Stuy Heights. that said, Greene is pricey – at least 250k high. but then I’ve seen some crazy high prices clear in those blocks

  3. Agree w/ Ishtar, assuming that little to no work is required at 503 Macon, listing price still too high.
    It will remain unsold or be relisted a number of times, promise.

    241 Decatur sold in mid-oct: $504K, wow, this mightve been for cash or something, not sure.
