3ed street house is missing a zen room
3rd Street pricing is ridiculous. Definitely emotional pricing, considering owner/broker.
I think the Waverly Ave property is a good value. It’s not often you see a 4 story brick building in move-in condition priced well under a million.
$3.7 for the 3rd St. house? Total joke. You’d think a broker would know better.
Didn’t PDE do the same thing last week? Has the law been changed (not that I know of), or have people just forgotten about these things?
Good heavens, these are all disappointing. That Fort Greene house borders on disturbing.
111 waverly- didn’t that sell last year for e very low price because it had serious structural problems?
It has many violations for both safety and illegal work. go to town:

BHSgate!
Re: 397 3rd St: Actually, it looks like both PropertyShark and ACRIS have the deed mis-recorded; the actual document shows that the agent and her husband (the “current owner” as shown) are both the owners of the house, and she is on the mortgages as well. I always thought BHS was better than some of the other firms at following the law, but I guess not any more.
