OK, this is seriously off-topic… but… Really?! Doctors are going to be put out of business?! All private offices will be shuttered and the doctors will all be working in Orwellian office blocks run by Big Brother?

Clinton hill sold for $438/sf, this one must have won the prize for seller greed chasing a down market, wasn’t it listed in 07? I think it was a good buy and a prime example of what not to do when selling.
Windsor Terrace was empty nesters nearing retirement putting out their dream price. Unfinished basement = small livable square footage, kit & bath updating, no way an oversized lot is gonna make up for that. Its a viable $1.1, but if you don’t need to sell for 5 or 10 years then why hit the retirement fund like that.
Park slope was next to chip shop, it was a total shell gut to me – $500k++. You need a huge cash down payment for that kind of reno. Brokers were sellers i believe, and i am really surprised this went over $1 mil. Everything was ancient with the old oil furnace, and i would be dreaming of rats next to fried food inc. Don’t think i even made it to the top floor in this one. But i also don’t ever recall this priced at $1.65.
Marlboro – this isn’t even a house, its a professional office. Bring your architect, contractor, structural engineer and expediter. Looks like they’re waiting for a doctor to come by or something. But who’s going to do that with obamacare coming round the corner. Offer $500k. This must have been a slow OH week to list this.

mopar, the PS listing is still up on the broker’s site. It’s nothing to write home about. Totally lacking any deetail. Seems like a fair price for both buyer and seller.
Whoa, a whole house in Park Slope for $1.1 million? Is there something wrong with it? Did Miss Muffet buy it? If Miss Muffet bought a place, I would seriously want to throw her a party, I’d be so happy for her.

I think 1.6 is a pretty bubblicious price for Washington Ave.
