ML- 101 is child’s play, to graduate to 201 you need to change your name to include snark in the handle. then you can comment sardonically to your heart’s content.
wow! things are really flying off the shelf.
No wonder prices are so high. There is no inventory, houses sell within hours of going on the market.

Bob, please email me at carrollgardened at gmail dot com when you get a chance, so I can be sure to keep you posted when we plan the next big gathering.
Sorry to have missed it CGar.
Thanks, Bob. That’s good to know. Yeah, the renovation of this place looks great. Wish you’d joined us for the gathering last night at The Bell House – maybe next time!
The PLG house is FANTASTIC but given the current environment, that’s expensive for a single family in that area.
Folks making enough to carry that house probably would chose to live elsewhere. Looks similar like my house…outside of the garish coloring.
CGar,
The price IS steep for the PLG house too, but it’s a VERY high end renovation on one of the best Lefferts Manor blocks and, I’d imagine, the sellers are willing to wait to get their price (just a guess–I barely know them and have no inside info). If you’re interested in the area there are less expensive houses.
I love the PLG house. No nothing about the area or the price. I know Greenpoint somewhat, and that price seems steep for both the area and that house.
Not bad at all for Fuller. Not much commentary in June neither. Decent location.
Not that good a sample though. PLG is swallowed by “the hood” and not many readers want to live in Bay Ridge or Greenpoint.
