Ditto – I also felt that price was high for WT considering you would have to do a lot of cosmetic reno, right?
I have to say the sellers got a great deal and the buyers clearly overpaid!
ok I’ll be the first one to comment
am not surprised the 2 places that were “inexpensive” sold within 4-5 months of being listed on the market and the other two homes will have to come down if they want a chance in selling. The buyers who are out now are looking for discounts. However, I also feel that people who do have the money aren’t buying houses but are buying fancy condos which to me seems odd, but it is what it is….
Some sanity returning to WT prices. Still a bit crazy though.
