2nd hand report I got on 3rd st. house from guy at the Y – said looks like they raised large family there and let them run wild – kitchen is small and from the 60’s. but could be really nice. and 3rd street is one of the best streets in slope.

I think it is pretty much “pay list” these days. I bought in a b’stone nabe wihtin the last year, and prices were pretty much non-negotiable (Though, someone already flipped in my building at a nice profit)

Off topic — does anyone know if price is negotiable with new condo developments? I see some of these DUMBO condos have “offer accepted” marked on them and it made me wonder if people know anything off the price or is it such a gold rush these days that you need to pay sticker and fast…
