Only Three Units Left at The Union

Big Williamsburg rental building 568 Union Avenue (aka The Union) is just about sold out. A representative from aptsandlofts.com says there are only three units left: two two-bedroom apartments asking $4,025 and $4,200/month and a one-bedroom asking $3,241/month. The development hit the market last August with studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals listed from $2,093 to $3,976/month. When we checked in on things in January, the project was 70 percent leased.
