    by

This week, Brownstoner readers favored a wide variety of listings all over the borough, including townhouses, standalone homes, and apartments listed for less than $473,000. One house that got a lot of looks is a new-construction townhouse in Wallabout with some unusual bells and whistles, including a bidet and a snow melting system.

Prices start at $425,000 for a studio in Brooklyn Heights and top out at $4,250,000 for the aforementioned Wallabout house. Oh, and did we mention? It has parking.
