10. On 21st Street in Greenwood Heights we’ve got a four-story townhouse with a flat facade of beige brick, which is new to the market. It doesn’t get a lot more exciting on the inside, which does not overwhelm with character or detail, but it looks to be in decent condition, if in need of some updating. There’s no floor plan and the listing is short on details, but it’s currently set up as a triplex topped by a one-bedroom rental.

The ground floor’s got a grand foyer, large living and dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen of ample size, not to mention a full bath. As for details, there’s decorative fretwork, inlaid floors, decorative moldings, pocket doors, stained glass and a big pier mirror in the living room.
