when we saw the house on Gates it was 1.5 and that was in August!
The one on Gates is spectacular. Unfortunately it sits on a hideous block. It is filled with glorious details. Hubby and I were drooling.
The one on clifton has been for sale for the longest time.
you’ve got to be kidding with these prices. the house on clifton looks to be falling down!!
Wow, now Corcoran has their own Blog!!!
i saw 30 cambridge too and loved it! i don’t understand why no one has bought it? it’s a nice house. i was told that the parlor wasn’t cooled because the owners spent most of their time outside on the deck and really only needed it on when they slept. seems to me that it wouldn’t be hard to cool the parlor with the upstairs system. anyway, if i had that amount i sure would buy it.
Two of the four are actually in Bed-Stuy. Bed-Stuy starts at Classon.
66 Clifton is really nice, but I’m a bit sketched by that block. It also appears to be now be the nicest house on the block. I never want to be in that position. It’s a lot of money for a single family house and in that hood.
It is nicely done, though.
Has anyone seen 66 Clifton? From the description the house sounds great. I agree with Mike, 30 Cambridge still needs work.
