(No big surprises, in other words.) Meanwhile, most of the sales on the map are either in the $500- to $750-a-foot range (the dark green circles) or below $500 a foot (the blue ones). There’s a smattering of big-ticket sales, in the $750- to $1,000-a-foot range, shown in Dumbo, the Heights, Cobble Hill and Park Slope.
