The development process at Love Lane Mews wasn’t speedy and neither has the sales process been but slowly but surely the 38-unit project is gettin’ it done. A press release yesterday announced that the Brooklyn Heights development is now 65 percent sold. Believe it or not, we actually read the entire press release and were interested to learn that each of the apartments comes with a parking space, a rare amenity in the difficult-to-park-in neighborhood. Not included in the press release was any info about sales prices but a quick look at StreetEasy shows that most prices-per-square-foot on closed deals have been in the neighborhood of $1,000 with only a small, first-floor unit going for much less than that.
