None of the six one-bedroom units and two studios is more than 400 square feet, so we are talking small. The cheapest studio is priced at $143,850 (but mysteriously lacks a square-foot listing) and a 391-square-foot one bedroom is $205,275. What do you think of $500-a-foot or so for this location?

No closets = no deal.
For the same price you could own a real apartment:

You would have to be hell bent on living in Bed-Stuy to buy here. You can buy a 2bdrm co-op in CH South for about 200K in decent shape, which is inline with rent in the area.
I don’t care how modern and new these are, it’s a really bad investment and as some have already pointed out your total monthly cost exceeds market rate rent for a floor through in the nabe.
This is ridiculous. For the same amount of money, you could buy a floor through in the neighborhood.
This is an SRO that you own.
Who manages the building? Who gives a loan for this?
What a joke. You could buy a floor-through in the same neighborhood for the same money.
391 sq ft seems soooo tiny for a 1 br. Or maybe I’m just getting to old for that type of square-footage.

Jamrock,
You haven’t been around here very long if you think I’m the owner of this building or have anything to do with this development.
