Here’s a big sale for Clinton Hill (we also covered it last week). 377 Grand Avenue, on the market for $2,400,000, was bought back in 2009 for $1,144,330 and then renovated. It was a HOTD this April and we said: “Seems like a stunning reversal of fortune for the four-story brownstone, but it seems about right if you think that the two recent sales on Cambridge were anything but flukes.” Entered into contract on 5/3/12; closed on 5/30/12; deed recorded on 6/15/2012.

3. COBBLE HILL $2,400,000

The home is less than 17 feet wide and has only 2,500 square feet total, but it comes with an adjacent lot so that a 6,000 square feet of space could be built. Entered into contract on 5/5/12; closed on 5/16/12; deed recorded on 6/15/2012.

4. BROOKLYN HEIGHTS $2,375,000

This home is one of original houses that made up “Cottage Row” in the neighborhood… there used to be nine and now there are only four.
