  1. If you look at the 257 docs on Acris, buyer:

    6/26/06 bought for $830K w/ mortgage note of $975k
    10/15/06 owner died intestate

    Went into contract 2/1/10
    listed 4/30/10 for $750k by corcoran
    Closed 6/11/2010 for $335k

    which begs the question – why would corcoran list a property that was already in contract?

    the more you look at that deal the more you want to take a shower.
