Listed at $1,875,000 when featured as an Open House pick in October. 3-story, 2-family home. Deed recorded 3/18.
2. FORT GREENE $1,585,000 $1,815,000
246 Carlton Avenue GMAP (right)
4,112-sf, 3-story landmark house. Listing appears lost in the ether, though an August Forum post said it was asking $2.2 mil. Deed recorded 3/17.
3. SOUTH SLOPE $1,500,000
216 14th Street GMAP
Two-fam fliperoo: Asking $1,650,000 when profiled as HOTD in December; purchased last June for $1,150,000 and saw interior reno in the intervening months. Deed recorded 3/17.

Whole lotta crow needs to be eaten on that 5th Street house–including by me, b/c I said in that thread it’d sell for $1.5 or $1.6M. But since I own nearby, I’m glad to be wrong.
Sale price on Carlton as per property shark is $1,815,000. THe place defintely needs a gut renovation. Great location though.
Are sales records available on the web to ordinary people? Where do you find them?

I saw those comments and I was disgusted by them. I would NEVER bring children into my pathos, Plus I don’t attack collateral! Plus the last thing I always sign what I sign “The What Someday this war is gonna end”.
Brownstoner Blog is pissing off plenty of people! Some folks don’t want their business on the internet but, Brownstoner have NO regard for people privacy. I think this site needs to slow down because someday some asshole is going to “take to heart”.
