Clinton Avenue will be a good deal long term. You’d have to have the funds to be able to live somewhere else for a while, and be able to fork out probably well in excess of $1MM to fix the place up, but in the end it would be an amazing property.
The clinton ave place already has a dumpster in front. It’ll be exciting to watch the progress just like it’s neighbor down the block.
