I simply don’t understand why units in the Meier building cotinue to sell at such prices! I mean, haven’t many posters on brownstoner predicted it would be a failure? How could such astute minds be so wrong?
I surprised that there isn’t a Half Off or What post on this. Very BULLISH sales, especially the crown heights and Flatbush properties.
misterbubble is inclined to agree with mister champion.
And then there’s misterbubble!!!
Isn’t a gaywad what you bring with you to spend when you go to Hunkmania?
For the record, I don’t find anything wrong with or annoying about NOP’s posts whereby he addresses Brownstoner directly. Pierre de taille’s use of the royal “we” on the other hand…
There are definitely a few major gaywads around here!!!!
Let me test the sound of it:
“Dr. Gaywad, white paging telephone please.”
Yeah, that works.
I’m thinking Professor Gaywad for myself.
Or mayhaps Major Gaywad.
Yeah, that’s the stuff.
I like the military bearing. Like Captain Peacock in Are You Being Served or better yet, Colonel Mustard in Clue:
“I suspect Major Gaywad in the powder room with the candlestick.”
I want to be Dr. Gaywad if thats ok.
Dear Mr. Snark:
Can one actuall be gay and a gaywad at the same time??
***Gonna try the skittles rainbow thing this week***
