BoerumHill and Boerum Hill confuse me.
There’s not room enough on this site for both of you.
Why don’t one of you change your name?

There is no need; I almost always agree with my doppelganger.

  2. BH and/or B H (?),

I (too?) find it hard to believe that those Sackett Street apartments are fetching such prices.
I haven’t been inside the building, though.
But I am very familiar with the (very nice) location.
    But… still…
    The building looks not special.
The location is very good, but not the greatest.
And the street is very nice… but not super special.

  3. thinks jester,

uh, that should read Douglaston Manor by the way.
    beautiful neighborhood,
just an introduction to the Gold Coast of Northern Long Island.
    but that’s another story entirely.

  4. …and you have brownstoner brooklyn insular community for all of the following those: a)with aspirations, b) with albatrosses around their necks, c) happy in their homes and d) bitter renters.

see, it really is a diverse community.
