The Lefferts Palce conods have been with Corcoran for that long; before that they were with the Developers Group for at least six months — small apartments, no washer-dryer or even laundry in the building and no elevators. Who would pay that much to live there? Insane.
Anyone know what happened to that 2-bedroom flat overlooking Greenwood? It had a huge deck (1200 sq. ft.). Can’t remember who was listing it. It was featured under condo/coop-of-the-day on Frownstoner.
Brownstoner Dude, what did that S.Portland house everyone’s raving about end up going for?
The clinton Hills studio has been on the market a lot longer than 156 days. I looked at it back in Feb or March. Thought it was crappy.
