  1. Clicking on the just-sold link at the Post and reading the sales in Manhattan reminds us that it really is cheaper to live in Brooklyn. No matter how prices might have gone up in Brooklyn. Wow on some of those Manhattan condo and co-op prices. You get half the square footage. Pay twice the taxes.
