Clicking on the just-sold link at the Post and reading the sales in Manhattan reminds us that it really is cheaper to live in Brooklyn. No matter how prices might have gone up in Brooklyn. Wow on some of those Manhattan condo and co-op prices. You get half the square footage. Pay twice the taxes.
Are the asking prices listed, the original asking price or the latest asking price?
Over $1.3 million for less than 2000 sq ft on 16th between 4th and 5th! Wow. Maybe my South Slope shack is worth more than I thought!
