86 Clinton Avenue has been on the market since February and, despite a steady diet of price cuts, still has no takers at the current asking price of $1,595,000. It’s a big house in good decent (?) location, so what’s the problem? We assume it has something to do with the fact that the five-story building has been chopped up into four apartments and lost some of its original charm in the process. Still, on a per square foot basis, the 5,200-square-foot property is relatively cheap for Clinton Hill.
