We were excited to check out what lay inside 592 10th Street after seeing the photo of the facade. Unfortunately, that was a bit of a letdown. The Park Slope house has precious little eye-candy to offer. Instead, there are four floor-through apartments with perfectly fine but rather generic finishes. As such, it definitely feels much more like an investment property than something a family buyer is going to snap up. Without knowing the rents, it’s a little hard to opine on the asking price of $2,495,000. What’s the market rate for one of these two-bedroom pads?
