It looks like this Park Slope Italianate is basically intact but could use some polishing in the form of skim coating and new salvage mantels. Technically a two-family currently being used as a one family, it has etched glass pocket doors, the original staircase, tin ceilings, moldings and one marble mantel. There are no photos of the kitchen or baths, or mention of the mechanicals, but the listing says the house “needs some TLC,” so we’re guessing those could use an update as well. Given all that, do you think the ask of $2,000,000 sounds reasonable?
