We are charmed by this two-family brick row house in South Slope. There is lots of curb appeal with historic details out front, and inside plenty of original floors, doors, moldings and fireplaces. The kitchens and baths have been tastefully updated with bead board similar to what would have been there originally.

It’s set up as a duplex over a rental. And while it’s not huge (we estimate it’s about 2,632 square feet) it seems reasonably priced for the Slope at $1,800,000. Do you agree?

  1. All the basements in the neighborhood were flooded after the beating the recent rain caused. Bad luck to have the open house with the basement inundated. Crack in the foundation is a concern. With the wood frame houses in the area pushing $1.6-$1.8 I’d say the price is good for a brick structure. Are the renters leaving?
