This Park Slope brownstone feels over renovated to us but may appeal to a buyer who wants a squeaky clean new home but with original details too. There’s a mantel, pocket doors, and stained glass as well as recessed lighting, new floors, central air, and a kitchen banquette. It’s currently set up as a triplex over one-bedroom garden rental. What do you think of it for $3,350,000?

re-paint the walls, put down rugs and and personal items, different furniture that doesn’t look like it’s from an office reception area or a hotel bedroom and the place will have a different look and you’ll forget about that ‘over renovated’ look
you lack reading comprehension. who said anything about beige? I said lighter tones. ie. same color but different tone.
i think the colors of the walls are making this place look ‘over renovated’. the colors are making the ‘new’ elements pop out. paint the walls lighter tones and see what a difference it’ll make.
“over renovated” = looks too new
