For $4.6 million, what do you think of it?

The 24×34 yard has a parking space taking up 1/3rd and the a/c compressors very poorly placed and hogging up another large chunk — not to mention the cheap-o job they did on the trellis around the compressors. It screams “corner-cutting”.
Also, I think the floorplans is missing for a reason — SMALL rooms.
