This very attractive limestone house at 256 78th Street in Bay Ridge was a Rental of the Day last month, but it looks like the owners have had a change of heart and decided to sell. The $4,200-a-month listing has disappeared and in its place is a For Sale listing with a price tag of $939,000. That’s at the high end of the range for a rowhouse in this area (especially one with only three stories) but this is definitely one of the nicer ones you’ll see so who knows!
