This 1816 wood clapboard house was once part of the Middagh family farm in Brooklyn Heights. It’s 22 feet wide with four stories and 2,800 square feet of space. It has two wood burning fireplaces, bay windows in the back, and an updated kitchen with marble counters in an extension on the parlor floor. There is also a deck, and the master bedroom suite on the top floor has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a sit-down shower. How do you like it for $4,000,000?

  1. mhalejr- Mediocre is the best way to show a place. It will appeal to the broadest audience, thereby giving it a better chance at the asking price. If it were time to sell my home, I’d start by dumming it down… It’s the way to go.
