House of the Day: 21 Pulaski Street

This listing at 21 Pulaski Street in Bed Stuy has been on the market since September; despite not selling, it’s been holding tight to the asking price of $599,000. Looking at the interior photos on the listing we were kinda surprised the house hadn’t sold yet–it’s really quite cute, with plenty of original details. Unfortunately, the exterior (a photo which is omitted from the listing) has seen better days; it’s also two houses over from a real eyesore. That explains it, we guess.
