This circa-1900 semi-attached Crown Heights house is unlike any row house we’ve ever seen, thanks to a renovation and its current use as an office. There’s a three-story solarium on the back of the house, a bathroom with an onyx tub and counter, and lots of marble counters in the kitchen, as well as some neo-Classical wood work and chevron floors.
Strangely, the parlor and dining room don’t appear to be pictured (we see a bedroom and the “den”). There’s also wear on floors and mantels but it doesn’t look serious.
What do you think of it and the price tag of $3,500,000?

Attention goyim and shiksa, you will not be welcum in crown hits.
Do not buy Shaya Boymelgreen’s house, it is for the chosen people.
This is a gorgeous house on a fabulous block in wonderful neighborhood for anyone but bigots.
Yes, the brokers could have done a better job of presenting it, but then maybe that is the point, they do not want to attract the superficial and shallow.
