House of the Day: 113 Saint Johns Place

The townhouse at 113 Saint Johns Place was purchased for $2,900,000 back in 2007 and subsequently underwent a thorough renovation that’s resulted in a modernized home with lots of historic charm. Despite disagreeing with their choice to put recessed lighting in the parlor floor, we’re liking the look and feel of the rest of the interiors very much. The backyard is a little severe for our tastes but it has the benefit of being very low maintenance. The asking price of the four-story brownstone is $3,750,000.
