I like the way the ad says in caps “well maintained home’. Says a lot about the hood, and I live close by!
I think they bought their furniture here:

i’ve seen some lovely homes in windsor terrace; but, man do the majority of the homes there look awful! so tacky, inside and out. are those “drop in” ceilings (or whatever they are called) considered “original historical detail”?
truly amazing. the house with its furnishings should be purchased by the smithsonian and made into a museum. maybe hire some professional reenactors…
nice stained glass windows. and that pink bath could be made adorable with a new medicine cabinet and a pedestal sink. the dropped sealings worry me.
This has been on the market for awhile (maybe 6 months) with some no-name broker with a sign out front, but no other advertising. The lot is nice and big and it is in a great school zone though.
Odd shaped lot (48’x49′) but otherwise it has a lot going for it. I’d pay $900k for this a lot sooner than for some shack down below 5th Avenue.
Great house in great area….a bit overpriced though.
“Functional, safe, proletariat worker housing.” for a million bucks.
