1692 11th Avenue was an Open House Pick back in October when it hit the market with an asking price of $1,295,000. Last month, however, the price on the Windsor Terrace limestone was reduced to $1,195,000. Last month, however, the price on the Windsor Terrace limestone was reduced to $1,195,000. The three-family house has a few rental-quality finishes, but overall there’s a lot of original detail (love those floors and mirrors!) The avenue location is probably a little less desirable than being on one of the side streets like Sherman or Windsor Place, but it’s a gorgeous house from the outside and just a hop, skip and a jump from the park. Think a deal will happen near this asking price?

And that is the evidence on the surge, doubters.
this aint going to attract someone with humungous wall st bonus?
Looks like an investment property. No idea what the rental incomes would be.
Moving along.
Actually, this is a MUCH less desirable block that Sherman or Windor. You have a stretch of low-rise ugliness as your view, unlike those nice blocks. Lop off another $100k.
Methinks this one will have to drop below the magic million mark.
ugh projects parquet floors. ick

Yeah. Looks like an original three family. Easy to reconfigure as two. But without fireplaces, I wouldn’t bother.
