House of the Day: 374 Grand Avenue
This brownstone at 374 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill just hit the market with an asking price of $1,429,000. Though only 17-feet wide, the two-family house is quite charming and doesn’t actually feel small in the photos (which we wish there were a few more of). It’s also been recently renovated in a fairly tasteful manner (though the kitchen cabs feel a little generic to us), so it appears to be in move-in condition. It’ll be interesting to see how the price flies. Maybe the big Daily News article about the neighborhood will put enough wind in its sails!

DIBS, at one pt when taxes were set, your area probably much much more primo than this. solely on the house (ie exclude the location), yours is much much nicer than this.
Nice floorplan although something about that kitchen doesn’t seem right.
Don’t see any point in commenting on price these days.
All right, the floorplan explains all. It’s really nice; I’m not super-fond of the decor, but that’s not so important. It seems a bit pricy, but who knows? There’s very little fresh inventory out there.
WAIT. Why are their taxes lower than mine?????
Nice place. Great floorplan. Wish we had bath pics.
Floorplan shows the kitchen in the back of the house. Agree that from the kitchen looking out, the view appears to be out the front.
too high for the size and location.
The picture of the façade and the kitchen do not seem to match
gmap link is wrong. That’s a great block.
