houseThis 25-foot-wide woodframe on Clinton Avenue between Willoughby and Dekalb was pulled from the market about a month ago for personal reasons and we’ve been watching for it to resurface ever since. At the time, we thought it looked pretty darn attractive at $1.25 million and most of you agreed. The speculation was that it would return at a higher price–and it has, though not by much. Given the architecture and the location, we think this is still looking mighty good at $1.29 million, but our place is just a few blocks away so we may be a little biased.

  1. I’ve seen both the Clinton Ave property and the farmhouse, and the two don’t warrant a side-by-side comparison. Not that the farmhouse isn’t worth a look, but for someone to post about it on a comments page for the Clinton Ave property is a non-sequitur. Does the poster have a personal interest in getting it sold perhaps?

Along those same lines, I’m guessing the person who posted that the Clinton Ave property needs a gut reno is trying to scare other people away. Not very nice.
