The 23-story tower will have valet parking, 24-hour doorman and a landscaped roof garden. We’re all for the stone countertops and well-placed bedrooms, too, but the building’s siting overlooking the BQE seems like a bit of a buzz kill. Evidently close-up views of the Manhattan Bridge on-ramp are a desirable thing these days–almost half of the 79 units have already been pre-sold, with one bedrooms fetching $630,000.
