looks like you can look at both of them. not sure what’s in this for the broker…
10 x 6,800 x 12 = $816,000
***Bid half off peak comps***
Only seem from the outside.
here is what former corcoran listing said for #47(there were asking something like $1.7m)
“Douglass Street
All you need is a great architect and some creative vision to transform this large, 3 family 1915 Cobble Hill brick house into the perfect single family or multi family investment property. W I D E (25X 35) and in a GREAT location between Smith and Court Streets. 4 tenants on month to month basis. Monthly rent roll of $6,800. Deep lot. This building needs a total gut ”
Has anybody seen either of these?
dirt cheap. I’ll take them both – as long as a bank will loan me 100% of the money
what makes this an “absolute” auction?
They are serving vodka martinis
I am assuming this is a family dispute. I don’t think it reflect the brownstone market in general.
Uh, if there’s a minimum bid, what makes this an “absolute” auction?
I don’t see a foreclosure in acris. I see tax lien. And not a flipper. Seems owned for long long time. Only mortgage for the 2 props combined looks less than $500k.
Could be some personal sad story…who knows?
