This triplex at 350 11th Street is a nice-looking rental between 5th and 6th Avenues in Park Slope. Everything, including the back yard, appears to have been recently redone and the overall feel is great. The rent, at $5,300 a month, ain’t cheap for a three-bedroom but then again you are getting almost an entire house. The price may be explained in part by the fact that this rental comes fully furnished, utilities included, with a bi-weekly cleaning service. Not too shabby! These things would be ideal for a family looking to rent, but even with those perks, do you think they’ll nab that price?

  1. can’t really comment about the monthyl cost, but I do find the required housekeeping a little strange. i guess the owners want to make sure upkeep on the apartment is maintained, but I’d prefer to have someone I know and trust cleaning for me, and not the landlord’s choice. Maybe a small thing for most people.

The deal-breaker for me is being located only by the F and R. Dislike both those trains.

  2. and why do you think they even provide maid service to begin with? it’s the other people who have paid to get into the school service. i wouldn’t be shocked if that house has at least 20 live in “maids”

  3. M4l – Rob is definitely zoned for 321 -so taht might be a good fee to pay him for!
wow – I like the idea of a cleaning service that comes in twice a week – now that’s hotel living!
