The three-story building last sold in 2005 for $610,000, according to PropertyShark. It was supposedly built built around 1910, according to public records. It currently has two apartments for a total of 3,050 residential square feet. The property is also next to a Scarano-designed rental development at 818 Dean Street, whose 12 apartments hit the market in May and June.
