gotcha.
by location I meant parkslope that’s what’s driving the cost. The street is in fact wide but it also has 2 way traffic and buses.
That’s what I meant. 9th street is a street that is nice and wide, so maybe the apartment is worth that much.
the 9th street location justifies the price not the width of the home.
9th street is nice and wide, so maybe it’s worth that much, but why no indoor pictures? Maybe it’s just a function of the current tenant being a slob?
The Ocean Ave one… I guess if they find the right roommate combo, they’ll find someone to take it. But it’s not the nicest part of the neighborhood, if I remember corerctly. Being across the street from the B/Q stop wouldn’t be a plus, IMHO. Too much traffic/noise.
Who comes up with these picks? How about Craig’s List duds!
I know you’d get that $5K for a duplex in Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens/Boerum Hill too.
$1,400 for a studio in Clinton Hill? Is this for real?
wowzers! 5 grand for a duplex. I cant wait for those numbers to come to the Stuy.
