$1950? That seems WAY expensive for a 1-bedroom waaay out there on the F train. Sure it looks nice, but… (1) it’s a “garden” apartment and (2) Fort Hamilton Pkwy seems more like Kensington than Windsor Terrace.
Here’s another good one:
$1950 / 1br – Beautiful Brownstone Garden Apt. (Available May 1st) – NO FEE

2200-2600 easy
it may have been overpriced, but it’s rented.
does that still mean its overpriced then? seems not by definition of the word.
1800-2400.
Looking to rent out my owner’s duplex in Clinton Hill. Newly renovated 2BR & 2.5 Baths – hardwood floors, 3 fireplaces (non-working) and original detail throughout. We would take care of the heat and hot water only. Given these broad specs, what is the rental range for such a diplex in Clinton Hill these days?
the studio on clinton was on clinton and fulton. convenient to the train, yes. quiet, not so much. have you seen the crazy construction on fulton? yikes. seemed way overpriced to me.
The ocean Ave classic six seems ideal for a family ie. It’s close to the park and its hot space.
That price is entirely believable for a renovated studio in an elevator building with laundry in “prime” Clinton Hill — not past Washington or Willoughby. I’ve rented out several in that range in the past six months. Don’t know why this post was removed, unless that wasn’t a real listing.
