Corcoran just expanded to the second floor of the corner storefront at 7th Avenue and Carroll Street. The brokerage has been on the first floor of 125 7th Avenue since 2001. With the move upwards, the firm now has 3,800 square feet of space, not to mention some nice big windows. The second floor of the building used to be home to T Thai, which closed in 2009 after a nearly 30-year run. GMAP

Why do they need so much space?
Not surprised they had to double their office space in their Park Slope office. The way the Park Slope neighborhood boundaries are expanding in their minds, surprised they didn’t feel the need to take over the whole building.
How’s their curry?
Mainly to install a conference room, I hear.
