Was just there. Bottom of copper cladding already starting to oxidize. These will be bright green within the calendar year. There is a reason that copper is not used as an exterior material outside of the desert southwest.
I believe the technical term for this style is “barfitecture.”
What an eye sore! Come on developers and architects – how hard is it to build new construction that fits in well with the existing surroundings, but might offer some modern flourish? Shiny copper window surrounds? Exposed utility meters? How long until these buildings look like they’re falling apart?
Glorified Fedders….minus the Fedders units under the windows.
horrid, simply horrid
the electric meters look terrible and the stairs in front of the lower windows is awful
the windows look like they have too many compartments and makes them look sloppy
I see absolutely nothing appealing about them.
Exterior stairs and visible meters just horrible– but will likely sell quickly due to great location and low inventory
